LiUNA Unions Work For Employers And Employees

For a union to be of any benefit to employees, it must also provide some value to employers. By forging partnerships between laborers and their employers, LiUNA has become a powerful, beneficial, and well respected union representative that is relied upon by more 40,000 people within the construction industries from across the Mid Atlantic region. Similarly, employers know that they can call on LiUNA to help organize a strong and mutually beneficial union for their workforce and that LiUNA trained laborers are well trained laborers. Dennis L Martire, vice president, and Laborer’s Mid Atlantic are dedicated to the provision of a high quality service that benefits all. Non members can contact Dennis Martire or any relevant member of the LiUNA team in order to discuss the potential to organize their own union and join the existing LiUNA network.

All LiUNA members can enjoy access to free training via the Laborer’s training institutions that have been set up on their behalf. Recognised qualifications are well respected by construction companies and other companies within the industry and the region because they promote industry best practices to ensure that members are fully skilled and competent. Safety is another area of great importance to Dennis Martire and LiUNA and another area where both employer and employee benefit from proper education and best practice.
